Pricing and Fiscal Framework

Doorstep Payment Protocol

To establish actual transparency and build a relationship of mutual trust with our Hong Kong community, we bypass digital credit lines, electronic wallets, and online processing systems entirely. The only payment method supported on our storefront is Cash on Delivery (COD).

Under this framework, you do not release your fiscal resources when completing your checkout sequence online. Instead, your complete settlement occurs exclusively at your doorstep at the precise time of physical delivery. You pay only after the transport team arrives at your residence with your marble dining table, ensuring you maintain absolute control over your transaction until the final moment of arrival.

Checkout Accuracy and Address Obligations

Because marble dining tables possess substantial physical weight and large structural dimensions, transit requires advanced logistical execution. It is your sole obligation to supply a complete, highly precise, and correct physical delivery address during the checkout sequence.

You must explicitly include estate names, block letters, floor numbers, apartment identifiers, and any unique architectural entry conditions, such as narrow corridors or specific elevator constraints. Providing an invalid, incomplete, or incorrect address can result in delivery failures, vehicle access restrictions, or protracted delays. Marmoravivante holds no liability for failed handovers resulting from inaccurate consumer address submissions.

Dispatch Timelines and Delivery Scope

Our shipping framework is built around predictable boundaries. All accepted orders are held at our fulfillment hub for exactly 2 working days for internal processing, structural surface evaluations, and heavy-duty packaging. This duration allows us to construct the reinforced wooden framing and protective padding required to safeguard the stone during movement.

Following this processing phase, physical transit across Hong Kong requires an additional 1 to 2 working days. Consequently, the cumulative timeline from initial online submission to doorstep arrival spans 3 to 4 working days. All deliveries are confined exclusively to Hong Kong and are executed entirely free of cost.

Definitive Order Cancellation Clause

You retain the right to cancel your marble dining table order without penalty, provided your cancellation request is submitted before the item has departed our fulfillment facility. As established in our delivery protocols, our internal processing, structural checking, and heavy-duty packaging phase requires exactly 2 working days.

Therefore, you can cancel an order only until it has not been shipped, which corresponds to this initial 2-working-day warehouse window. Once the table has been packaged, protected within its transit frame, and handed over to our heavy freight transport team, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel an order within this accepted 2-working-day period, you must send an explicit notification to marble@marmoravivante.com before dispatch occurs.

Returns, Structural Corroboration, and Free Logistics

If your item has already shipped or passed its cancellation window, your order becomes subject to our 30-day return framework upon arrival. We offer a 30-day window from the physical delivery date to request a return, restricted exclusively to instances where the marble table arrives with structural cracks, surface fractures, transport damage, or if the incorrect model variant was dispatched.
