At Marmoravivante, we want your marble table experience to be simple and transparent from checkout to delivery. Below, we've answered the common questions about payment, shipping, cancellations, and returns. If you can't find what you're looking for, reach out to us and our team will assist you promptly.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all Hong Kong orders. You don't pay anything during checkout, settlement happens only when our transport team arrives at your doorstep with your marble table, giving you full control until the final moment of delivery.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are held for 2 working days for processing, structural checks, and heavy-duty packaging, followed by 1 to 2 working days for transit. In total, expect delivery within 3 to 4 working days from order confirmation. All deliveries within Hong Kong are completely free of charge.
3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge, but only within the initial 2-working-day processing window before your table is packaged and dispatched. Simply email us before shipment is dispatched. Once the table has been packed and handed to our freight team, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery, applicable only if your table arrives with structural cracks, surface damage, or an incorrect variant. Once accepted, we arrange free pickup from your home, inspect the item within 1 working day, and issue a replacement or full refund.
5. How will I receive my refund?
Since we operate exclusively through COD, accepted refunds are issued via bank transfer only. After your 1-working-day inspection, we'll request your corroborated bank details by email. Once accepted, we process the transfer within 1 business day, though your bank may take 9 to 10 business days to reflect it.
